Shipping:

Do you offer shipping?

  • Yes, we offer nationwide shipping in The Netherlands. For shipping to other European countries, please contact us at info@bypatine.com.

 

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order (weight & size) and are calculated at checkout.

 

How are heavy and oversized objects shipped?

  • Large furniture or heavy pots that can't be safely shipped via Standard Shipping are shipped via pallet shipments.

 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we offer nationwide shipping for all orders. For orders to other European countries, please contact us at info@Bypatine.com.

 

Can I pick up my order?

  • Certainly! If you choose to pick up your order, shipping costs will not apply. Please schedule a pickup time and date by contacting us at info@bypatine.com.

 

When can I expect my order?

  • Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days following dispatch.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer postal returns or exchanges. All sales are final, and items are sold as-is. When you make a purchase, you agree to our final sale policy. All of our items are one-of-a-kind, with most having lived many lives, showcasing patina, age, and wear. They require a careful packing and are extremely time-consuming, ensuring the items arrive intact. 

  • However, in-store returns & exchanges are accepted. Visit our store for assistance. If you prefer a hands-on selection experience, we recommend visiting us by appointment.

What if my object arrives broken?

  • We’ve spent a great deal of time testing our packaging and shipping processes to ensure objects arrive safely to your door. That said, accidents happen, and if something arrives visibly broken or damaged from shipping, please save the packaging, take lots of photos and reach out to us at info@bypatine.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.

 

What if my package is lost?

  • If your package is lost in transit, email us at info@bypatine.com, and we will assist you. Note that PATINE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • We accept iDeal, Creditcard, and ApplePay.

 

How can I use my Giftcard?
